Online Course about the Labor Reform 2022 

In an educational alliance between the Chamber of Commerce of Puerto Rico and Microjuris.com, this course is the recording of a conversation presented on October 26, 2022 where a discussion was held between recognized professionals with expertise in labor law, the Secretary of the Department of Labor and Human Resources, and professionals in the business field on Law No. 41-2022, known as the “Labor Reform 2022.”

This course was recorded prior to the decision of Judge Laura Taylor Swain of March 3, 2023 in which she annulled and annulled Law No. 41-2022, so the rule of law in force at that time is discussed.
