He holds a BS from PUCPR and a Master’s degree in Health Services Administration from the UPR Medical Sciences Campus.
For the past thirty years he has served actively, from the presidency of his own corporations in the environment of the Health and Medical Cannabis Services Administration.
His corporations manage about 75,000 Vital Plan members and 40,000 Medicare Advantage policyholders from the towns of Maunabo to Rincon with a Primary Physician Network totaling about 350 physicians, Community Pharmacy, Hospital Admission Programs and Family Planning, Vaccination and Medical Clinics.
In 2016 she founded Bgreen a pioneer in the Medical Cannabis Industry, with an operation of seven Medical Cannabis and Transportation Dispensaries.
In his professional life he has served as a member of the Governing Bodies of Civic and Professional Organizations such as: Puerto Rico Hospital Association, American Cancer Society, Phi Eta Mu Fraternity, Ponce Yacht & Fishing Club- Comodoro 2018-2021 and Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce (since 2011) – Health and Medicinal Cannabis Committee.
