Founder and Director of Worcaps, a local financial institution that finances merchants from Puerto Rico. With more than 19 years of experience in the financial industry, since 2016 he begins to support entrepreneurs and young entrepreneurs who, committed to a prosperous vision of our Island, needed a seed to boost its growth. For 15 years he worked at Banco Mercantil, where he developed relationships to support entrepreneurs and merchants. Then, leading the Energy unit at Commerce Bank, he expanded his scope in Corporate Banking, serving the Latin American region. He holds a BS in Business Administration. He completed the International Hydrocarbons Program at IESA, has studies in Operations Management at Wharton Penn University and is certified by the International Monetary Fund in the Development of Financial Policies.
