Margaret Ramírez Báez, Esq. is an attorney and entrepreneur, both in Puerto Rico and outside of Puerto Rico. She currently serves as CEO of Legally PR, LLC, a legal services and consulting firm for companies, individuals and government, while, in turn, she serves, along with her sister, as co–founder and co–owner of ProntoCare SRL, a company that offers wellness services, diagnostics and medical specialties in various disciplines, in the Dominican Republic. She also serves as Director of Corporate and Government Affairs for the family–owned company, Air Charter Inc., the fastest–growing 100% Puerto Rican airline and operating under the trade names Air Flamenco and Flamenco Cargo.

For Margaret Ramirez, Education, business, entrepreneurial culture and free enterprise is the formula for people and nations to get out of poverty. That is why in 2005 he joined the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce, through its University Chapters, a committee that he chaired in 2010, under the motto “Live the Entrepreneurial Passion“ with the mission of promoting entrepreneurship in university students. As soon as he graduated from college, he joined the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce. Where he has served for several terms, as a Member of its Board of Directors where he was part of its Executive Committee, as First Vice President in the year 2021–2022. She chaired the Young Entrepreneurs Committee (2015–2016), the Committee of Women Entrepreneurs and Professional Women (2015–2016), Transportation Committee (2020–2021), Legislation and Lobbying Committee (2023–2024) and again the Network of Women Entrepreneurs and Professional Women (2023–2024), while serving as a member of the Board of Directors.

Ramirez earned a Bachelor‘s Degree with high honors in Business Administration from the University of Sagrado Corazón and a Master‘s Degree in Finance from the Inter–American University of Puerto Rico, also with high honors. In addition, she obtained with high honors the degree of Juris Doctor from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Ponce and is admitted to practice law by the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico. La Lcda. Ramírez also holds a diploma in Comparative Law from the Ortega y Gazette Foundation in Madrid, Spain. She holds a diploma in Project Management from the University of Puerto Rico and is certified as a Human Resources and Labor Relations Administrator (CHRMP) by the Institute of Higher Education.
