Laysha M. Seguinot Méndez is a Puerto Rican attorney and business executive with more than ten years of experience in both the public and private sectors. She holds a Juris Doctor from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico School of Law and has distinguished herself by combining legal expertise with business management, government relations, nonprofit leadership, and economic development.

She previously served as Municipal and Government Affairs Advisor at La Fortaleza, where she contributed to the analysis of legislation, public policy, and initiatives aimed at strengthening Puerto Rico’s municipalities.

She currently serves as Vice President of Ideas LLC, a company specializing in commercial printing, signage, and corporate branding solutions. In this role, she oversees government relations, regulatory compliance, and business development, driving the company’s growth through a strategic, results-oriented approach.
