Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce Invites to the 2025 Private Enterprise and Government Forum: Transforming Puerto Rico
The Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce invites business leaders, government representatives, and the general public to its traditional Private Enterprise and Government Forum: Transforming Puerto Rico, to be held on Thursday, November 13, 2025, from 7:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Royal Sonesta San Juan – Palmar Ballroom. The event promises to be a key meeting point to address the reforms and opportunities that will define the island’s economic future.
“The 2025 Private Enterprise and Government Forum represents a unique opportunity to strengthen ties between the public and private sectors and open new paths toward Puerto Rico’s economic development. Collaboration and dialogue among the island’s key stakeholders are essential to advancing the reforms our society needs. That’s why we invite all entrepreneurs and leaders to take an active part in this strategic conversation that will help shape the direction of our island,” stated Attorney Margaret Ramírez Báez, President of the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce.
The forum’s program will include thematic panels featuring experts and leaders from both the private and public sectors. The Governor of Puerto Rico, Jennifer González Colón, has been invited to participate in a conversation to share her vision for the island’s future and development. In addition, Senate President Thomas Rivera Schatz and House Speaker Carlos “Johnny” Méndez Núñez have been invited to deliver remarks to the island’s legislative and business leaders.
Another invited speaker is Francisco J. Rodríguez-Castro, CHFP, President & CEO of Birling Capital, LLC, who will present on the Government Progress Index, based on Puerto Rico data to measure how effectively government actions translate into real outcomes.
