Mr. Melvin Vega Pérez is a proud product of Puerto Rico’s public education system. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of PR and is licensed as a Prosthetist and Orthotist by the Board Of Certification/Accreditation. He is the founder and president of RPS Medical Service, Corp., overseeing 2 service centers and 40 employees, earning the trust of insurers and their affiliates by offering services across the island.

He has been an active member of the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce, contributing ideas to the Puerto Rican industry, participating in Chamber forums, and currently serving on committees including Health, Entrepreneurs for PR, Trade and Exportation, Small Business, among others. He is also a member of the American Orthotic and Prosthetic Association.
