Dr. Glorymar Rivera Báez is an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist with 20 years of experience in organizational development in the private and nonprofit sectors. She was the Executive Director of Rehaciendo Comunidades con Esperanza, Inc. (REHACE). Under her leadership, she has managed a portfolio of $30 million aimed at the recovery and reconstruction of communities affected by Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico. In 2022, she received the Zenith Award from the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce for REHACE as Institution of the Year. She is a board member of the Puerto Rico Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (PRVOAD) and the Health Equity Committee of the American Heart Association in Puerto Rico. She is the founder of The Meaningful Impact, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in organizational development. Furthermore, she is now the President of United Way of Puerto Rico.
