Mastering the Dynamics of a Family Business

A family business arises when two or more generations actively participate in the management and control of a family-owned company. Various experts agree that “running a family business is a monumental task” since it requires balancing family relationships with business objectives and generational continuity. The webinar will consider some essential aspects to begin understanding the challenges and dynamics that characterize family businesses.
