An experienced CEO and business leader, I enjoy leading diverse and geographically remote teams and supporting them to innovate the ways that they deliver their ambitious business plans.
Having completed more than 25 transactions, I am accomplished in M&A, including divestment and leading integrations.
I have a consistent track record of developing and delivering business plans in challenging markets and have experience in redefining global strategic intent, start up and turnaround, for organizations with multi-billion-dollar turnover and investments across multiple countries.
I have experience in leading operational improvements and delivering operational efficiencies across both midstream and downstream businesses.
Furthermore, I am very much a lifelong learner; I enjoy acquiring new skills and enjoy keeping myself up to date with the latest trends and technology. I take pleasure in sharing my knowledge, networking with and mentoring, startup and accelerator companies.
I pride myself as a leader who always puts the team at the heart of everything that I do. I focus on creating collaborative conditions where people can be passionate about being productive. I adopt a coaching and mentoring style to enable my colleagues to have confidence in their abilities to enable them to deliver exceptional results and leave lasting legacies within their portfolios.
