Arch. Roberto Alsina with more than 30 years of experience in the profession has been recognized by the construction industry of Puerto Rico as one of the most knowledgeable professionals in the complex planning and permitting system of the island. He currently advises the Planning Board and the OGPE on strategies of resilience and effective use of the codes. Today he leads hotel and mixed-use developments in different sites in Puerto Rico. He was Advisor to the Municipality of San Juan in Urban Planning and Development, Director of the Department of Permits and Director of the Department of Urbanism. He has collaborated with recognized firms in Puerto Rico, Japan and the United States.
