Liza is the founder of Success Solutions, P.S.C., a firm specializing in Corporate Law and M&A. She led the promotion of European investment in Puerto Rico from the Department of Economic Development and Commerce (DDEC) and served as an advisor in La Fortaleza on Legislative, Municipal, and Public Affairs. She was the National Committeewoman for the Democratic Party of Puerto Rico and has served on boards such as the Puerto Rico Convention District Authority and the Public-Private Partnerships Authority.

She graduated with honors in Political Science from the University of Puerto Rico and in Law from Interamerican University, holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the Ibero-American Foundation, and pursued doctoral studies at the Complutense University of Madrid. Liza was a judge for the Global Challenges Foundation in Stockholm and participated in the Paris Peace Forum. She combines public policy and economics to drive business growth in Puerto Rico.
