Leonardo Maldonado “Leo”, has 19 years of experience in the banking industry of the island. He is currently Vice President of Commercial Banking at Banesco USA. Previously, he held various positions in recognized local financial institutions. He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Miami and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration specializing in Finance and Accounting from the UPR-RRP. Leo has always demonstrated his commitment to the business community, as a university student he participated in the University Chapter of the PR Chamber of Commerce of the UPR-RP, then continued his support for the PRCC within the various entities to which he has belonged. He was past president of the Association of Finance Professionals of PR and has participated in Committees of Young Entrepreneurs and Affiliated Associations of the PRCC.
